Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken Maholoholo at Hoedspruit in South Africa

Time

The photo was taken in the late morning hours as it was started to become hot, and it was time for the eagle to rest.

Lighting

The light was bright but there were no time to waste. You never know for how long the eagle will sit for a photo.

Equipment

This was shot with my Canon EOS 550 D. I was using my 28 - 300 lens

Inspiration

It is a beautiful bird and he was sitting as if it was waiting for me to take a photo.

Editing

On this photo I didn't do any post-processing.

In my camera bag

With me in my camera bag I have my Canon EOS 550 D and my 28 -300mm white lens. This is lens I use most of the time. The in my camera bag I have a canon macro lens EF-S 60mm just in case I need it for the small detail photo.

Feedback

For wildlife photos you have to be ready to shoot at all times. The animals will only give you a minute then they will leave.
