This photo was taken at rumbling bridge gorge in kinrosshireTime
It was taken mid afternoon about 2.30pm in or around midway through octoberLighting
This being a gorge with low afternoon sun and still plenty of leaves on the trees it was dark with heavy dappled shadeEquipment
This was taken with a canon 7D and a tamron 18-270mm it's was used at the short end mid aperture, one stop under to stop the brightness burning out while leaning against a wall on a down ramp to try avoid shake, it was also taken in manual modeInspiration
It was part of a college project that turned into a project on seasons in the landscapeEditing
I don't do much processing because I can't, if anything I may of lightened it by pulling the brightness slider in windows photo. In my camera bag
These days I carry a canon 5D Ds with a 24-105mm and a Fuji medium format 6x8 Super wide rangefinder with sekonic lightmeter and Fuji Velvia 220 special order from Hong KongFeedback
Most of my best shots are places found by accident, if you want your shots to be popular make sure they are colorful or tonal in bright colors, most of my favorite shots are dark and brooding in bad weather and although this is my thing they aren't popular with others
