Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo during my friends Antoinette and Jon's wedding April last year in London. We all know each other from our University basketball team days so this was a funny but endearing moment during a beautiful ceremony.

Time

This was shot during the afternoon.

Lighting

Using the 7D in a lower light setting is always a real challenge but luckily the church's lighting arrangement left me little to worry about.

Equipment

Canon 7D with an 18-135 lens. No flash was used during the shot as it wasn't necessary at all!

Inspiration

The beauty of the moment and the love I have for these two.

Editing

Absolutely none.

In my camera bag

I've not got a lot of equipment to be honest. My bag consists of the 7D, the 18-135 lens mentioned before, a 50mm prime lens and a f2.8 60mm macro lens. In future I'll be looking to add more substantial glass to my collection!

Feedback

Go with what feels natural. If you think too much about the shot you might very well miss the moment all together.
