I took this photo in a British Themed Cafe in New Delhi.Time
It was in the afternoon but since it was indoors with very little ambient light.Lighting
Indoors had a very little ambient light. Thus, I had to make use of artificial studio probes to light it properly. I had bounced it off of its roof to get much softer effect. It was shot way before I had softboxes and other modifiers.Equipment
I used canon 80D, with 24mm prime lens at ISO3200 and f2.8. It was handheld.Inspiration
I loved the architecture of this cafe, the overall feel it instilled in my heart and mind whenever I visited it, I wanted to capture the same in my camera. Women, I feel, are very conducive of emotions. Thus, it seemed right to ask my beautiful friend to help me create a beautiful shot.Editing
Yes, I started off with the frequency separation to smoothen the skin. I then cropped it a little for it look best composition wise. After that, I manipulated color a little and added color grading to set the final look of the image. In my camera bag
My DSLR, Godox Flash V860II, Xpro Trigger, Magmod gels and my fav 50mm f1.4 and sometimes 70-200 f2.8Feedback
One thing I would have done differently is using lower ISO. I feel I could have gotten much sharper image if I had done that.
