Where did I Take this photo? I took this Photo at Dayton Bike Fest June 28, 2019 in Dayton Ohio.Time
On evening of June 28, 2018 My husband I and some friends were enjoying our evening at Dayton Bike fest enjoying watching and listen to Starve the beast band. The band is a local rock band from Indianapolis, Indiana. The Musician is Jeff Kleindorfer.Lighting
I did not use any flash I used natural lighting and adjusted my ISO as I need too.Equipment
I used my Canon 6D mark II. Hand held. my settings were aperture f/5 ISO 3200 shutter 1/250 focal length 214/1. I used my Sigma APO DG 70-300mm 1:4-5.6 lens.Inspiration
I was inspired the who evening because the band was into playing there music. I wanted to catch the emotions of them doing something they loved to do and share the photo's with them.Editing
I shoot in raw. I did very little adjustment. I did a little sharping and dehase but the biggest adjustment I did was turning it into black and white. I believe some photos just look better in black and white than they do in color because it can pull out more of the emotions. In my camera bag
That evening I had my Canon 6D mark II and 2 lens my sigma APO DG 70-300 1:4-5.6 and my sigma 24-105mm 1:4DG. What I carry in my bag depends on where and what I am planning on shooting. If I am going to shoot landscape I may take my larger lens. or I may just take my 24-105 lens.Feedback
Only advice is fallow your gut. If you feel its worth shooting take that shot, because that my be the shot you wish you had taken when you go threw your photos from that day.
