A cowboy and war veteran, Darryl Wagner, inspects a barn at a Line Camp. This barn and the small ranch was once used by cowboys driving a herd across open-range. These camps were used extensively across the West for rest, and to shelter man and animals from adverse weather. This camp was bought and privatized. The owners maintained its function as a line camp into the mid-1900s. Now the facilities are maintained for private use by a conglomeration of local ranchers.
