Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken in a friends studio near Columbus, Ohio. Our model was Brittany Lee. It was a boudior style shoot.

Time

Studio shoot mid day

Lighting

I cannot remember the exact lighting set up other than there was an overhead and a soft box off to each side

Equipment

I was shooting with a Nikon D7000. Lens was 18-270 Sigma at F3, 55mm. No tripod all hand held.

Inspiration

I liked the position Britt was in and by standing over top this gave a somewhat different perspective.

Editing

I did some work on it in Lightroom. Cropping, B&W conversion, did a little in clarity, saturation and sharpening.

In my camera bag

Along with the Nikon I have a Sony 6000 with a Sigma 28-200 lens. Various Tamron, Nikon, Sigma lenses. Filters, spare batteries, two speedlites, Tripods and a monopod.
