Location
The photo was taken in a studio of a friend in Munich. I am a self-taught photographer, so every shoot is a new lesson and a departure into the unknown.Time
It is a studio photo, so the time is not realy relevant. I took it on August 29, 2015 at 12 o clock German time.Lighting
Here the light is coming from the side. I love the play of light and shadow. It gives the photo a bit mysterious. I have worked with a studio flash.Equipment
This was a shot with a Canon EOS 5D Mark III with an 85mm lens, 1/100 sec. and f/5,0. And studio flash.Inspiration
This photo is one of my favorite images. Photography is my passion. When I’m working with a model, I try to connect with her, to create a picture that combines aesthetics and expression. For me the lines on the face and body, the colors and patterns they all form an exciting unit in which I can represent and recreate the special uniqueness of the model in all its beauty. It was taken on August 29, 2015 at 12.04 German time.Editing
I love to edit photos. In this case, I wanted a perfect, gentle skin in a warm tone. That was the first step. After the photo was taken in a studio, I inserted the background. After the image has something of a statue, the background should support this impression a little bit, but not too much. I also have set a vignette, so the eye is completely on the wonderful woman. In my camera bag
I usually have my camera (Canon EOS 5D Mark III) in my bag, two or three lenses (the 85mm, a 100mm and a 24 - 105mm) , some batteries, a cloth for the lens, a replacement battery for the camera, a number of memory cards, the transmitter for the studio flash, handkerchiefs and a Labello for my lips :-)Feedback
It's very important to master the basics of photography. And then for me the most important thing is the model. I not tired of repeating that :-) And then practice, practice, practice. Practicing with Models, practice with light, practice with photo editing.
