Beautiful work. May I ask what software you used for post processing?

Location
The photo was taken at a country field specifically planted each year to celebrate sunflowers. Grinter Farms plants fields just to allow people the opportunity to experience large areas of the Kansas State Flower.Time
This image was shot mid morning. I liked the way the highlights hit the sunflowers, but wanted the darks to not be blown out. HDR was the savior for this image.Lighting
HDR is a great way to work an image when a large difference in contrasted light is noticed.Equipment
Canon 5dmkiii on tripod.Inspiration
I saw the faces of the sunflowers, and thought it looked like a crowd of people warming their cheeks to the sun.Editing
I typically process a three shot image in Photomatix, and then touch areas with dodging and burning in Lightroom. In my camera bag
Canon 5dmkii, 5dmkiii, 24-70 2.8L and a 70-200 f4LFeedback
Not only use a tripod for great shots to be stacked easily, but weight your tripod to steady it further. Also, with any amount of wind, take your camera strap off of the camera.
