Location
This photo was taken at ZSL London ZooTime
This was one of the first enclosures we came to and was taken just before 11am on a sunny April morning.Lighting
Simply natural daylight was the only lighting used.Equipment
This was taken on my old Sony DSC-H400 bridge camera. I originally bought it for its massive zoom length but have recently moved on to a Nikon D3300 DSLRInspiration
We went to the zoo for the sole purpose of taking pictures and for some reason I found these birds appearance highly amusing so had to stop to take a few photos.Editing
No post processing was used on this image. In my camera bag
Now days I have a Nikon D3300 with the bundled AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor 18-55mm lense, also the AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor 55-200mm lense, and a Tamron AF 70-300mm lense. Neewer remote control Flash Gun, and a sturdy tripod.Feedback
Only tip I can give is be patient. The amount of pictures I have of animals rear ends from different zoo's is quite extensive because they rarely face you when you want tgem to, but with a little patience they will turn round and you can get some great shots.
