Location
This is one of my early iPhone pictures that I took with my waterproof case. I love the beach and wanted to take my phone with me whenever I went. I took it at my local beach in Deerfield Beach, Florida.Time
It was probably taken in the middle of the day.Lighting
It’s natural lighting, fixed up with Snapseed on my iPhone.Equipment
iPhone 4, I believe, with a waterproof case.Inspiration
The great thing about iPhones is the ability to have a camera at your fingertips when the moment hits. I think I spent most of the day trying different angles, camera partly out of the ocean, facing all different directions. I wanted something that captured me in a rough light.Editing
I mostly use Snapseed. It’s a great app with awesome filters. You get lots options that are fun.In my camera bag
I am a Nikon man, but have started using the Sony A6000. I love the compactness of it with the option to grow with different lenses. It works great in low light and the tilt screen in the back lets me find really cool angles. Initially I loved the ability to send a photo to my phone. But, since the upgrade that’s no longer possible. Debating whether or not to get the A6500.Feedback
Play with your camera, no matter what that is.
