This photo not only has great composition but tells a deeper story and is filled with a lot of emotion. Even though I have no idea where this is, who the guy is, or even when this was taken; this photo still fills me with emotions. Brilliantly done.
You actually know when you have taken a good photo is when it captures someones attention for more than a few seconds. I really just stared for it for awhile. Then my brain begin racing with thoughts. As I state above, I do not know when this was taken. (This was initially stated because of the black and white, the subtle clothing, the pipes, the architecture, etc. But on a closer look the right window has one of the new phone bar code scanners. What an interesting world this is. This photograph if found decades down the road will probably be able to be marked on a timeline because of that simple barcode of technology.
What a powerful photograph you have made. Great job.

Hi Kevin, sorry for the late reply... I've been so lazy!! I really appreciate your comments, a lot deeper than the usual (which are fine) and much more heartfelt. BTW the location is Savanah, fun town!
