Behind The Lens

Location

This photo is taken during Pongal Festival in Chennai at my home.

Time

A year back after celebrating Pongal Festival I took one of my friend Canon 1100D camera and started shooting some clicks. Suddenly I found this flower which has a good texture and makes to click on it and it one of my lovely photo in my profile.

Lighting

With the support lovely natural light i took this photo

Equipment

Canon 1100D with 18-55mm lens

Inspiration

Because of the textures around the flower pulled me to click on it

Editing

I dont like to do any correction because lovely natural light will not be compared to any other lights.

In my camera bag

Nikon D5200 with 18-55mm, 35mm prime lens and an external flash light with additional batteries.

Feedback

If you look into this photo it contains different colors. White - A rice flour. Red - A color used by Indian people during the festivals to decor the doors. Yellow - A tumeric powder mixed with water and drawn on the sides of the door clamps. Flower - A best flower for a middle class family but it doesnt have much smell.
