Location
I took this photo at St Michael's Mount, Cornwall, UK on 17th September 2019. This footpath waits patiently every day for the ocean's tide to go out so it can reveal it's enchanting glory and passage to the castle.Time
It was midday when I took this photo. The weather was perfect with not too much sunshine and some overcast to help with exposure. I aimed my camera down and opened my aperture and took a few shots. I wanted to make sure I got as much detail as I could of the path and it's stone with St Michall's Mount in the background.Lighting
This location has many opportunities for good photography shots. I could have stayed there all day just taking photos. I would have liked to see the sun shining on it at dusk as this would be an amazing photo if you could grab the opportunity.Equipment
I used my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. No tripod, no flash.Inspiration
The footpath was awe inspiring. I have never seen anything like it so I had to capture it while the waves were still splashing over it.Editing
I used Adobe Lightroom to try and fix the exposure and bring the colours of the stones in the footpath out.In my camera bag
I now normally carry my Canon 600D, Canon 50mm, Tamron zoom lens, Sigma wide angle lens 18mm - 38mm, tripods, AC connectors, Batteries, USB connections, velometer, Battery charger, Sandisk memory cards, manuals and camera cleaning kit.Feedback
Make sure you have your aperture opened full, there not too much lighting and use a tripod where you can.
