Location
The photo was taken in the summer of 2020 before the second lockdown. It's a view that is from Rochester castle which overlooks the river of Medway.Time
I think it was just before lunch and was enjoying the day walking around Rochester castle grounds. Enjoying watching other people sitting down in the castle grounds, talking and Sharing moments together on a beautiful sunny day. Taking in the crisp clear air and theLighting
Pure natural sun lightEquipment
The camera I used was a Nikon D3200 with a AF-S NIKKOR 55-300mm Len's. No other equipment was used.Inspiration
For me I was just enjoying the day and wanted to capture the magic of it. The way the sun was shining bright warming my skin. The shape of the cloud's and how the wind was gently blowing them across the sky . Watching the ripples in the water glistening from the sun like a light show. The gentle bobbing of the boats and imagining where they would take me. That's what inspired me.Editing
No post-processing.In my camera bag
I normally use the Nikon D3200 intend to carry two lenses 55-300mm and a 18-55mm. I also use a wide angle lens sometimes. It just depends on what I'm trying to capture.Feedback
For me I guess it's use you eyes and feelings reach out with those feelings and imagine how the other person will feel looking at your image. Yes it does sound a bit starwars but isn't that what we are all trying to achieve.
