This photo was taken at Disney California Adventure Park in California on my orchestra trip to Los Angeles. This photo also became a part of an assignment for a photography class.Time
This photo is one of my favorites I have taken and it was taken at 7pm in the theme park, when the neon lights were turned on.Lighting
The lighting in this photo is natural, no flash or other light techniques were used.Equipment
This photograph was shot on an iphone 7. No other equipment was used.Inspiration
I was inspired by the startling neon colors I saw while at Disney California Adventure. The bright colors caught my attention and sparked my desire to capture the beautiful mirage of colors. I also liked the architecture of the building and the position of the V8 sign, which inspired me to place the sign on a third line.Editing
The only editing I did was darken the image so the vibrant colors and lights captured shone more brightly.In my camera bag
I normally carry my phone for photos on the go.Feedback
Night photography on an older iphone, like mine, is tricky because it is harder to focus the lense. My advice on taking night photos on a iphone is to set the right exposure using the exposure tool in the iphone camera to prevent any bright spots and blurry pictures.
