I had the privilege to meet Rev. Johnson December 9, 2017, at the Frederick Douglass Bicentennial Community Conference, and discovered we have so much in common be it Ceder Gardens - Douglass Dwellings, Anacostia, Good Hope Road, and the Anacostia Community as a whole. His most memorable words: "Know where you come from."
