Behind The Lens

Location

This photo is taken in Flatanger on the west coast of Norway on a Eagle boat safari with Ole Martin Dahle from Norway Nature.

Time

This photo was taken on May 18. 2018 at 7.15 pm.

Lighting

No just natural light.

Equipment

I used Canon EOS 1D X camera and Canon ef 600mm f/4.0 IS II lens and it is handhold.

Inspiration

Since I starte photographing I have dreamt about some cool White tailed-eagle picture and when I learn about those Eagle safari tour in Flatanger I book me a tour and I was there for two days photographing went four tour out on see to photograph Eagles and another birds. This photo is just one photo from when the Eagle dive.

Editing

yes some post-processing is done. I increased highlight, shadow and white only little bit and decreased black little bit and increased contrast to 20 and the I sharpening it.

In my camera bag

Canon EOS 1D X camera and lenses are Canon ef 400mm f/5.6, Canon ef 70-200mm f/2.8 mark II, Canon ef 17-40mm f/4.0, canon 100mm f/2.8 macro, Sigma 120-300mm f/2.8 DG OS HSM Sport and canon and sigma 1.4x extender and canon 2.0x extender and on my shoulder is Canon EOS 1D X mark II and Canon ef 600mm f/4.0 IS II
