Location
The frame was captured at St James Morgan's Bay hotel roomTime
Actually the fram was captured in absolute darkness. It is really hard to get sharp image in almost dark room when you are using your camera auto focus systemLighting
2 flashes in TTl mode are fitted on lightstands behind room doors, which are trigerred from the camera. 2 color gels are added to the flashes, one red and one magentaEquipment
Shooted with my new Nikon D810 and 50 mm F 1.8 Nikor lens. Cheap but available.Inspiration
Actually it was an experiment with light painting, I 've just put my flashes behind 2 doors and didn't know what results I will getEditing
All post processing is an essential part of creating something beatiful. In this frame I have used Lightroom for Raw converting and Photoshoop to little retouch, color pop and liquify. In my camera bag
I ve got my Nikon D810 body, 3 lenses. Sigma 35 mm F1,4 art, Tomron 70 -200 f2.8 portrait lens, and Sigma 24 f 1,4 art lens for landscape photos. I do a lot of panoramic shots during my trips. 2 Youngnuo TTL flashes with TTL trigers and camera operating module, 1 video light, flash gels set in different color, some ND filters, some flashlight, batteries and this is only back bag. It is already about 8 kgFeedback
Try to be creative, find the way how to to modify light that you are using and get something new and unexpectible light painting. Never stop trying if you're in love with what you do. Be inspired by the best and try to learn more in every way you can.
