Behind The Lens

Location

This photograph was taken in my place, where I stay. This is a very special shot for me, while taking this picture I learned few new techniques.

Time

I shot this indoor, in my room. I dont remember the timing.

Lighting

As I was experimenting, I wanted to capture the aperture in a innovative way. My frame demanded dark room, and to create the light flare I used a small White LED.

Equipment

I used my regular camera D3300, as you can see there is the aperture visible, that is of my 55-200mm lens and captured by 18-55mm attached with D3300. The light pattern which is visible is made with the help of a white single LED.

Inspiration

I was experimenting and was trying to take some new interesting photo and I got this.

Editing

No serious manipulating post processing is included, only basic touch up correcting brightness, contrast.

In my camera bag

I have my camera and a secondary lens. I use 18-55mm and 55-200mm with D3300.

Feedback

This was an indoor shot, get a lens where the aperture is big and visible and use an white LED to create the lens flares.
