Camera and lens. No tripod, no flash. Nothing else. Just hiking down a trail with my camera.Inspiration
I was walking the path with my camera hoping to find wildlife or eagles to photograph when a group of 3 or 4 young ravens flew by me appearing to be playing. I snapped a bunch if shots as they flew by me and around me hoping one would turn out well.Editing
I do not think I did post processing. I try not to do much of that. Too much takes away from the photo I believe. I may have sharpened it a bit...?In my camera bag
Just my camera and my lens normally. I travel light. I will use my tripod when photographing the night sky or a motorcycle race.Feedback
Where did you take this photo? I took this photo at the Tertiary in Squamish, BC, Canada. What time of day? It was approximately 11am I think. Anything worth sharing about lighting? A nice explanation on her lighting from Lisawiza: “I wanted this image to look mysterious and to draw the viewer into a scene in a story. There was some beautiful light from the lamppost outside the park gates but it needed more. I decided headlights would be a great way of lighting the scene and adding drama as well as making the story even more intriguing.” Anything worth sharing about lighting? is required What equipment did you use? (Camera, lens, tripod, flash, other?) Camera and lens. No tripod, no flash. Nothing else. Just hiking down a trail with my camera. What inspired you to take this photo? I try not to do much of that. Too much takes away from the photo I believe. I may have sharpened it a bit...? What equipment do you normally have in your bag? Just my camera and my lens normally. I travel light. I will use my tripod when photographing the night sky or a motorcycle race. Take lots of photos. Even have it on consecutive shooting so you can take a sequence of shots quickly. You'll be amazed at what you can catch!
