Behind The Lens

I was lucky enough to have the light coming from behind so you see a bit of a shadow on the water of the whale.

Canon Rebel and 250mm lens

Inspiration

I love these whales. I love seeing the Southern Resident Killer Whales in their natural habitat. This isn’t one of them though. This is a transient that came in. She is celebrating just completing a kill - a harbor seal.
