A traditional Green-grocers shop in the heart of Whitby, UK. There is a short ramp going down to the shop entrance. The present street level was artificially raised in the 19th century to prevent flooding to the adjacent area. Since this building is probably mid 18th century it is protected by strict preservation laws so the original structure cannot be altered.
