Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in little town " Hamedan " in iran ,

Time

when we start taking photos it was about 16:00

Lighting

actually I took this photo with my sony nex-c3 and samyang 8mm f3.5 fisheye and it was so hard to timing my photos which the subject "skater" stand in between me and sun but both, the timing of tricks he made and where he was happened so magically and focus is manual and it was the hardest part.

Equipment

camera is sony nex-c3 , lens is samyang manaual 8mm f3.5 fisheye , no tripod and no flash used.

Inspiration

I am sport photographer and I do photograph mountain and othere extreme sports but skateboard is my favorite because I am skateboarder myself too and it has alot of enjoy to take shots of skaters.

Editing

I reduced exposure 2stop and increased contrast 50%.

In my camera bag

nikon d610 , 16-35 f4 nikon, 50mm f1.4 art sigma , 105mm f2.8 sigma , benro 1980t tirpod and a lot of filters

Feedback

be creative with angles and be ready to get dirty and not afraid of being injured because sport photography may cause you equipment and body damage. and you have alot of time to be calm and follow your subject.
