Make sure you are aware of the sunset times. Are the beach busy, you dont want to have a whole lot of people around you to avoid editing out and to make the couple uncomfortable or shy... Do some light test a day or so before the shoot to make sure your idea will work... AND HAVE TONS OF FUN!!!
