Location
This photo I took in the Italian Dolomites at Lago Misurina this summer.Time
It was the evening go a rainy day, the sun was breaking through the clouds for a moment.Lighting
The light of the blue hour is always worth to take photos in good light conditions. It was quite dark, because of the falling rain.Equipment
I used my Sony alpha 7ii and my 24-70 mm lens, no tripod, no flash, only natural light.Inspiration
I was so overwhelmed of this landscape, the lake, the mountains, the buildings and of course of the boats in the foreground.Editing
Not much post processing, I darkened the lights, lightened the darks a little bit.In my camera bag
I carry my camera, Sony alpha 7ii of course, always a 24-70mm and a 100-400 mm lens, sometimes a 90 mm macro or a 14 mm wide angle prime lens.Feedback
The lights of the morning or the evening brings almost the best lights for landscape photography. It's always worth to use thistles of the day. Important ist the composition on the picture, have you git a foreground, a background, anything disturbing? Try different angles, walk a little bit, change your position, try to find the best view.
