I love this pic of this gorgeous little bird. It was taken in a large walk in aviary at a lovely local bird park called "On the Perch". Sadly not long after this visit the park closed due to the the extreme and catastrophic bushfire season we had here in Australia, the owners had to evacuate twice and the stress was just too much.

Location
I love this pic of this gorgeous little bird, a native of Africa, it was taken in a large walk in aviary at a local bird park called "On the Perch". Sadly not long after this pic was taken the park closed due to the stress of our catastrophic bushfire season here in Australia. The owners had to evacuate twice with limited birds and it was just too much.Time
It was taken in the early afternoon, not ideal, but i visited the park after i finished work.Lighting
