Location
the photo was taken at a cliffy beach ( Israel) at springtime, all the cliffs were covered with "carpets" of white flowers.Time
I usually like to take photos at the golden hours, but this time the photo shoot was at a tight schedule as we were going thru few locations... so the photo was taken in the middle of the day ... (4 pm) 3 hours before sunset with the sun blastingLighting
the sun was giving me a really hard time, but fortunately, a big cloud came by and diffused the blasting rays of Israeli sun.Equipment
this shot was taken with : Canon 5d mark 4 Canon 85mm 1.2Inspiration
as we were headed to the beach for our "beach" location . just a short distance before we reached the water I saw the marvelous flowers covering everything. the model's white dress was "talking" with the white color of the flowers and I just had to combine them together. to create this harmonical peaceful moment.Editing
yep. I used adjustment layers to soften the yellow tones and open the shadows. and I used a frequency separation method to retouch the skin.In my camera bag
all my photos are taken with canon 5d mark 4 so I usually have my baby in the bag :) and my lens trinity is - Sigma art 105 1.4 for portraits replacing my 85mm 1.2 canon. (the lens I have all the time on) Canon macro 100mm 2.8 just for having fun with local spiders Sigma art 35 1.4 if I come across a cool landscape ( with nisi kit filters) + a really old never dying Manfrotto tripod the back of my car.Feedback
always keep your head up and look around you, sometimes even the smallest thing you see on the way can become one of youre greatest creations.
