I took this picture on February 25 at 5:30 PM at the Waterloo Bridge when I left work. I work as a Barista, but I take photography very seriously.Time
I left work at 3 pm and went to the bridge, it was a very windy and cold day. I waited until sunset at 5pm and started taking pictures with my hands and ears frozen. The final capture was at 5:30 pmLighting
I wanted to show that London also has wonderful sunsets and full of colors, it is not always gray, foggy and rainy. London often gives dazzling sunrises and sunsets and full of colorsEquipment
I always use my Canon 7D MII with a canon lens 17-55mm F2.8 and a Vanguard Veo2 tripod For this photo I also use a Lee Filters 10 stop and a gradientInspiration
I just moved to London and wanted to show it in color, I was inspired by my previous sunsets in Mallorca.Editing
It is a direct shot and has a post prossesing of lights and shadows and a bit of white balance adjustment. With the use of filters and a long exposure shot you do not need to do a hard processingIn my camera bag
in the backpack in addition to the camera and its lens I have tripod, filters, and emergency battery. the latter almost never use it but it should never be missing. the same with the memory card.Feedback
The best advice is to observe, look and think, then shoot. also plan everything calmly. from the clothes to the lens. Be careful, wait and enjoy above all things.
