Living history in Saltsjön (Eng: Salt lake), Stockholm, Sweden.
Embedded in ice, the ship wreck after the Danish warship 'Graa Ulv' (1642) (Eng: Grey wolf)
It was conquered 1659 and brought to Stockholm as a war trophy. By some reason it sunk in 1670, right outside Kastellholmen in Stockholm.
Most of the time it's not visible at all. But when there's a low tide, we can see it in the same place it's stayed since 1670.
The ship was aprox 38 meters long and carried 30 canons.
I acctually wanted to capture this for four years like this. Planing and waiting for the right conditions made it real.
