Location
This picture I made in France at the Normandy coast, near the village of Asnelles. Just outside this village you will find in the sea these oyster banks.Time
The picture was taken 19-10-2016 at 09.18 am.Lighting
A cloudy sky, with a little bit sun, soft light at that time. The wind came out of the sea and it was stand up water (flood).Equipment
Sony Ilce-7RM2 – 18 mm Batis zeiss lens – a bigs topper and twice a 6ND hard filter by Lee. Of course, the camera was on a tripod i.v.m. a long shutter speed.Inspiration
The surrounding, the beautiful inspired me to the following elements in the photo: the rest, the vast, still water, a symmetrical picture, the oyster Banks infinitely sharp and the clouds as sweep/fading in the air.Editing
Photoshop – nik col – sil – 06.In my camera bag
For this trip I had a 35 and 55 mm sony zeiss lens and a 70-200 mm zoom from sony.Feedback
First take a picture with correct exposure and, of course, the right composition, then figure out what will the exposure with the filters be and when you have the time, two photos with every time a stop darker to this home into a HDR photo.
