Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in my home studio.

Time

Sunday morning at about 7:00 AM coffee in hand ready to play with my new macro lens.

Lighting

I found what I was taking pictures on these snails it was hard to get a good picture #1 because they were moving and #2 they are a little slimy so the always appeared smooth in the pictures. along with the table lights I had a flash light, I moved it around until I could see the texture of the skin and presto!

Equipment

I used a Nikon D800 with a Nikon 200 mm Macro.

Inspiration

My new lens inspired me.

Editing

No post-processing

In my camera bag

I carry my Nikon D810 with a Tamron 150 to 600mm lens. I favor this lens for shooting birds it's such a sharp picture. I also carry a Nikon D800 with a Nikon 70 to 200mm lens mounted this is one of my favorite lenses it never disappoints I like to use it to shoot flowers and other inanimate objects. I also carry a Nikon 14-24mm

Feedback

I still consider myself green as far as Photography; there is still so much to learn! I appreciate all the feed back I get thank you so much.
