Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken along the beach at Goolwa, South Australia. My sister and I decided to head to the beach and we’re greeted with this beautiful sunset. My sister is walking, carrying my puppy.

Time

This was shot just as the sun was setting

Lighting

To capture the beautiful reflections, I held my iPhone super close to the water caught on the sand.

Equipment

This photo was shot using an iPhone 13 pro

Inspiration

I was inspired by the iPhone photography school course.

Editing

I straightened the horizon, cropped and brought the colours out a little, using Snapseed.

In my camera bag

I always have my iPhone 13 pro with me, which is great to capture random, spontaneous photos like this.

Feedback

I would suggest holding your iPhone with the camera closet to the water, to get the best reflections.
