Behind The Lens

Location

the photo was taken in Sardinia, Punta la Marmorata, the extreme northern tip

Time

It was a sideral night, in a windy and cold situation.

Lighting

I wanted to compose an overview that describes all the magic of the location: a coast of large granite rocks with a pyramid that delimits the extreme point of the island.

Equipment

Fuji X-T4 + 7Artisan 7,5mm f 2,8, carbon tripod & power light.

Inspiration

I had been trying to immortalize this magical location for some time, a little difficult to reach, which seems to catapult you into another era.

Editing

Surely. In addition to the editing of the panorama and the correction of the considerable distortion of the wide angle, I had to work on the shadows and the lights, on the cleaning of the sky and the rendering of the contrast.
