Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in China at a Buddhist Temple.

Time

It was approximately noon, our group had just arrived and I was mesmerized by the temple in general, when a saw this gentleman completely at peace I couldn’t miss the chance to capture this moment

Lighting

It was the perfect time of day, the sun wasn’t quite at its highest point so there was no issue with casted shadows

Equipment

Believe it or not this was taken with a very old canon rebel xti

Inspiration

The gentleness of this man and his own inner peace

Editing

I only cropped it, not lighting, colour or balance changes

In my camera bag

When I travel I take my cheapest camera, 55mm lens and the 70-300mm lens

Feedback

The only advice I have is if you see something that intrigues or captures you take the picture
