Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken at Malta Airshow in 2016, when Pioneer air acrobatic team performed.

Time

The sun was almost gone, perfect time for some air acrobatics with pyrotechnic effects.

Lighting

Not much, I made more than 50 shots during this pass, this one is just the best.

Equipment

This was shot on Canon 5D mark III with Canon 100-400 lens.

Inspiration

I love reportage photography, the results are unpredictable, but sometimes golden.

Editing

I corrected exposure a bit and add a bit of sharpness.

In my camera bag

I'm a huge fan of Carl Zeiss, so I mostly use manual primes 35, 50 and 85 mm with Canon 5D mark III
