Location
This picture was taken in the Woodlands, Texas. It was my first Bald Eagles couple that I had met and photographed all season then the seasons later until they moved for another nest when Martha lost her partner. George is on the top of the picture and Martha under him. Now Martha is with a young Bald Eagle that have less than 5 years oldTime
It was in late afternoon when they reunite for the nightLighting
It was an overcast day but my focus was on showing their love for each other and that always couple, animal or human, looks on the same direction. Description of loveEquipment
Camera Canon 7d mark II with Tamron 150/600 at that timeInspiration
My love for raptors especially the Bald Eagle. I spend at least 8 hours watching, waiting them for the best captureEditing
At that time I have done nothing. I took pictures on JPEG and the result was that. NOw I'm post processing with LightroomIn my camera bag
For Wildlife, I keep my Sigma (I changed since this picture) 150/600 armed on my Canon 7dmark II but I bring extra lens for potential macro 100mm Canon and a 24/70 in case of something that can't be captured with my 150/600Feedback
Patience and good gear are necessary. Then a good eye and passion
