Starved Rock State Park in north central Illinois is a great place to visit and hike all year round but it is awesome on snowy winter days. Besides the snow making some beautiful and challenging landscape, many of the canyons have frozen waterfalls. This is a view of the common winter sport here - climbing the frozen falls. Made a few adjustments to make it stand out more and added some clouds in the blank sky.
