This was taken at a zoo at night time when I was doing a wedding during the day. Most animals are asleep or quiet during the day as the zoo can be packed with tourists banging on their glasses or making too much noises. At night the park was closed and the wedding was in full swing but behind the closed door so the zoo was very quiet. All animals comes out to feed and play. This lion was patrolling up and down the den so I had to shoot wide open with a high iso to freeze this moment. I was able to shoot through the acrylic panel and was amazed to missed all the marks and scratches.
