Nice "shape shot"! I wonder if it's actually on "Ruby Beach," on the Olympic peninsula...probably not, I think, since the beach there is covered almost entirely with small, smooth,round stones rather than smooth sand.

I did go to Ruby Beach and took several shots. We were camped at Kalaloch and I took a very long walk one day to either Beach 2 or Beach 3. This is probably from that day.
