The more odd the flower, the more fascinated I get with them. This is a stage in this cow garlic I have never seen before. They usually start with red bead-like buds, that then make these green flowering buds that will stretch out on long stems, or the red buds will put out a bunch of long green "stigma", I guess you would call them.
