This was taken at my parents house a few years after my brothers passing. When I gave my mom the picture she asked which tree was this taken from. I told her, and her eyes welled up with tears, she drew in a breath and explained that the tree I found this naturally occurring "heart of snow" was the one they (my parents) planted in my brothers memory.
This has special meaning to me. Any proceeds from sales will go to mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
