A grey-cheeked mangabey (Lophocebus albigena) makes a decisive leap across a gap in the high canopy of a Central African forest. These monkeys live in small to medium sized groups and although the are considered common and "least concern" on the IUCN's Red List endangered scale, they are common victims of the bushmeat trade across the Congo Basin.
