Recently, I hiking in to the Ancient City of Petra through a remote canyon. The entire trip had roughly 30 km of hiking involved, this section was arguably the most dramatic. Two-hundred metres below, we began scrambling up the steep system of ledges to arrive at his amazingly exposed perch looking straight down into the valley. Absolutely unforgettable!
