These are the Pyrenees, the chain of mountains that forms a natural frontier between Spain and France. I took this shot in 1984 with an old but fantastic analogical Mamiya, with a Kodackchrome 'positive' film. Thirty years later I digitalized the paper copy just by photographing it from my old album. The three guys were fellows of my University. We were young and extremely imprudent those days. We were climbing like goats without appropriate material. The snow was plenty and very soft and it was a warm Spring day, so the risk of avalanches was extreme. Youth! (File#: 2015-03-20 16.36.52_DxO)
