Love this picture. If you use Photoshop download Nik Software from Google and try Define to get rid of some of the noise, it might make it better. Nik Software is a great set of plugins for Photoshop and Lightroom and guess what It's Free!!! well worth a try. I hope you didn't mind the comment I still like it also a tripod long exposure with low ISO could look amazing.
