I was touring the Big Ben and took this photo from Westminister bridge. It was cold, windy and rainy night and I did not carry a tripod. This photo was taken while resting the camera on the edge of the barrier. I then put my hand over it and tried to keep it as still as possible. The camera setting was set at ISO 100 film setting with f/8 aperture setting and shutter speed was set to 8 seconds.
