Icelei is 16 and Ellie is a one year old twin who is in the Foster Care System waiting to be adopted by her Foster Parents. This picture was taken when I seen Icelei carrying Ellie to look at the beautiful sunset and the beautiful pasture. They only see each other 2 or 3 days out of the week but get to spend an hour just catching up.
