Taken at Jomtien Beach Thailand on my trip in 2012. Located adjacent to Pattaya beach and about 1 and half hours from Bangkok.
With all the cloud cover, prior to this shot it was very dull looking. My wife and kids were waiting for me and I almost walked away. I caught a break when the sun lit up the bottom of the clouds.
I attempted to do my best color correcting the image. The filters I was using caused it to go purple. Also there was quite a bit of trash on the ground and some people in the shot.

Your work is incredible, defining moments, like this chair..........and my take on sitting at the water's edge. Amazing the way your sky transforms itself across the natural horizon. I love it. Masterfully done.

Thank you for your comment! This is by far my favorite photo I took while in Thailand. I am really lucky to get this shot. The man taking care of the chairs there was nice enough to let me use it while he was putting all the others away. Even the people that were aware of what I was doing kindly walked around me. The only thing I could wish for there is that people clean up after themselves.
