Ending todays posts with one of the most exotic cat species - the clouded leopard! Estimates are that there are only about 10000 remaining in the wild. Although this one is captive it was no less challenging to photograph. Several nights spent in the middle of winter outdoors. A lot of work to get this photograph as this is one VERY active cat when it comes out at night! Super challenging photographically to get the lighting right let alone the composition with him looking at the camera!
